| The following rules apply to Dark Gaming website.
#1. All personal information shared/given on this website is the property of Dark Gaming and of the player/member who shares it.
A. All releases shared by a player will be verified as to if that player is the creator/designer of said release, or if said release is the property of another server or website. Any players/members caught trying to pass off things stolen from someone else as their own work, will be banned from Dark Gaming and all Game Servers and Events.
#2.Dark Gaming has a number of sites that we claim friendship with. As such, other gaming communities, servers are allowed to advertise within the proper section of forums, following said section rules.
#3. Registration to the website does not include registration to any Game Server that Dark Gaming hosts/runs. You must follow the registration link for that particular Game to register to play.
#4. All Accounts, Characters, Items, Pets, and other game related items are the sole property of Dark Gaming. Players/Members are given the tacit permission to use and play these characters and such, so long as they follow all rules. Any violation of the rules will incur a penalty or punishment to be determined by the severity of the rule violation or infraction.
The following rules apply to ALL games/servers/activities run by or sponsored by Dark Gaming.
#1.All donations made to Dark Gaming is made voluntarily and without force or coercion. Any donation made to Dark Gaming is of a players free will and as such, there is no refund. All Donations go towards Dark Gaming costs (Server Fees, Server upgrades, Website upgrades, Program Purchases to provide more game content).
#2.All donations will be carefully recorded and players may request the amount they have donated to server for the month or in overall total. Players may only request their own personal amounts.
#3. Monthly Donation totals as well as Monthly Expenses for Dark Gaming will be made available month by month on a Special Donations Tracking Page. This information will be updated on a weekly basis to keep it as current as possible, while not taking away from the time needed to provide new things for the various Dark Gaming projects.
#4. Each individual Game Server or Event will have their own specific Rules and stated Penalties/Punishments for any infraction thereof. Players are expected to follow and obey all rules, both the ones listed here as well as the ones posted for their Game Server. Ignorance of the rules is no excuse, and will be seen as either laziness or as a player trying to cheat.
The above posted rules are subject to change and/or modification at any time without warning to players/members. It is a players/members duty to keep themselves as up to date on all rules as possible. Ignorance of the rules is no excuse.
